This plan is for the person who would like to
- Dive head first into a life changing fitness routine
- Be challenged in novel ways to attain optimal fitness
- Become a mobile and strong person who can take on any challenge.

Three times a week we will train with intensity that creates outstanding results.

Master's Class (55+)

$120/Month

This group class is for people who are 55 and older.

This class is for people who are looking for a challenging training program that will keep them hiking 14er's until they're 100.

Three times a week we will strength train and sweat in a community of like-minded people. 

We meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am

Bulletproof

$60/Month

This group class is for athletes who are already training 3-5x/week and know they need to stretch more.

Every week we practice advanced stretching & mobility exercises to keep athletes performing at their best and go 100% in every workout.

We meet Mondays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 8am
