Javier is a published researcher in training methodology, he holds the highest certification in strength and conditioning and has studied with some of the worlds best physical therapists and doctors to bring you the most effective experience in training.

Before I started with Javier, I felt hopeless. I thought I was going to have back pain for the rest of my life. I've never had a personal trainer before so I didn't know what to expect but Javier started showing me muscles that I could use differently and the proper form to exercise. Only a few weeks in and I can tell there's a huge difference. I know I'm in the right place.
I often felt unmotivated and uninterested in engaging exercise. I felt disconnected from my body. Javier listened to me. He has tailored the training program to my needs and to create the outcomes I have named. He is supportive, encouraging, and a pleasure to work with. I have greater confidence and physical strength now. I know that a strong, vibrant body is possible for me.
Masters Class
A CrossFit class designed for people in their 60s and 70s.
Each class is designed with an aspiration to help people ski when they're 80, bike ride when they're 90 and hike when they're 100. This class is for people who are planning on getting better with age and want to continue to see what's possible for themselves. Every training day is different and each session will make us a little bit better.
We train Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am-9am.
I was out of shape, in poor physical condition and it was affecting my mental state. When I left my very first class I felt exhilarated! I loved how I felt immediately, and couldn't wait for the next one. I knew I was on a path to feeling better and better. Just knowing that I am consistently working to become stronger and healthier improves my mood and my confidence dramatically. My body is feeling healthier, and I am feeling stronger all the time. I look forward to every class.
Training with Javier has been hard work but enjoyable at the same time. After the first few months it became apparent that my flexibility, mobility, and strength have improved. I am able to move about, climb stairs and complete routine daily activity with much less fatigue and have energy to stay active longer during the day. Javier is a great motivator. I am way beyond what I had expected of myself and am now motivated to push on. Going places and doing things is now more achievable than ever before.
